At the moment, Latitude 18 only ships to the United States.  We hope to expand to global markets shortly.  Add yourself to our mailing list below for updates on market expansion.

Nearly all Latitude 18 products are handmade on-demand, in the U.S.A.  Once you place an order, we produce the product specifically for you.  It typically takes less than one week to complete production and 5-7 days for the product to arrive via USPS.  Expect 10-14 business days from order to delivery. 

To make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible, we will ship items as soon as they are ready. Orders with multiple products may arrive separately. 

POTENTIAL DELAYS DURING HOLIDAY SEASON

Most orders arrive on time. However, during holidays some orders may arrive later than our estimates due to production and shipping capacity. 

 

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Latitude 18 is not responsible for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
