ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM PRIOR TO BEING SHIPPED. Please contact us by emailing info@latitudeeighteen.com for return authorization within 7 days of receiving your order. NOTE: be sure to check your junk mail folder for replies.

Approved returns must be in UNWORN, INWASHED, and in ORIGINAL and RESALABLE CONDITION.

Items returned without prior approval will not receive a credit or refund.

LATITUDE 18 PRODUCES OUR PRODUCT ON DEMAND. This is a more sustainable method of doing business keeping the need to stock inventory down and product waste to a minimum. Because all orders are produced just for you, we have limited return and exchange policies.

REASONS WHY YOU WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEMS

WRONG SIZE
No problem! Please indicate the correct size and we will replace the item for the identical print and design. Refunds or product changes are not accepted for size changes.

PACKAGE LOST IN TRANSIT
If you have provided us with the correct address and the package has not arrived within the estimated shipping time as per our shipping policy, plus 15 business days for possible delays, or there is no update on the tracking info for more than 10 business days, please reach out to us, if we are unable to trace down the package, we will re-ship a replacement free of charge.

YOU RECEIVED A DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEM
If a damaged item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we'll take care of it. Please send us a photo of the damaged product and packaging. info@latitudeeighteen.com

REFUSED PACKAGES
If you refuse a shipment from Latitude 18 for whatever reason you will be responsible for the original shipping charges and the amount will be deducted from your return amount along with a 30% restocking fee. The remaining balance will be added to your account as store credit.

CHANGED YOUR MIND
Orders can TYPICALLY be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed but once the production process starts, it's too late. Refunds are not honored for change of mind.
